·  Who is Netserve Africa?

NetServeAfrica Limited was conceived in 2004 and was incorporated in Nigeria in 2005 as a private limited liability company. The principal activity of the company is to act as a one-stop online portal for consumer and business information and services in Africa.

The username of the person who introduced you to the site,its an important part of your registeration

·  Which is the homepage on the website?

 The homepage is the first page on any of the sections opened under the NetServeAfrica website. For example clicking on the “Classifieds” button opens the homepage of this section. The first page that comes up when you log on to www.netserveafrica.com is the homepage of the website; it contains all the various sections present on the website.

·  I can"t remember my password

If you don’t remember your password, click on the “lost your password” text just below the “username” and “password” box. And a page is displayed where you are required to just type your username and click on the send button. An automatic e-mail will be sent to you with your Confirmation Code, then you will need to re-type your Username and type your Confirmation Code and we will send to you a new password.

·  I can"t log in

Check that you have entered the correct information for each field box of the username and password.  Keep a note of your login password somewhere secure or check the e-mail that was sent to you when you registered, this contains your username and password.

·   What does it cost to register?


          Registration is free.

·  How long will it take to process my registration?

It takes only few seconds or a maximum of 24hrs before you get a confirmation from NetServeAfrica support team regarding your registration. You are only expected to activate your account through the mail sent to your email address.    A prompt is attached to the letter where you log in to activate the account. With this, you can now use the NetServeAfrica services rendered.

·  I don"t have an email address, will I be able to register or have an account with NetServeAfrica Limited?

  Since the confirmation letter has to be sent to your email address it is necessary    to have one. If you don’t have one, you can create one

·   I registered in the past but cannot log in anymore

The most likely reasons for these are... you entered an incorrect username or password (check the email you were sent when you first registered) or the administrator has deleted your account for some reasons. If it is the latter case then perhaps you have not posted anything on any of our interactive platforms. It is usual for boards to periodically remove users who have not posted anything so as to reduce the size of the database. Try registering again and get involved in discussions.

·  I have difficulties signing into my NSA account.

This arises when you signed in on a computer and didn’t sign out before
closing the browser and then tried signing in again.


To rectify the situation:

  • For internet explorer users:
  1. Select tools from your browser tool bar.
  2. Select internet options in the drop down menu, on the box that shows up click on.
  3. Delete Cookies
  4. Delete Files
  5. Clear History

  • For mozilla fire fox users:
  1. Select tools from your browser tool bar.
  2. Select clear private data from the drop down menu.
  3. Check browsing history
  4. Check Cache
  5. Check Cookies
  6. Click Clear Private Data Now.
