NetServeAfrica Limited was conceived in 2004 and was incorporated in Nigeria in 2005 as a private limited liability company. The principal activity of the company is to act as a one-stop online portal for consumer and business information and services in Africa.

NetServeAfrica was founded based on the realization of the yearning of Nigerians and Africans in general to maximize the benefits of the internet age. Our business model revolves around improving the impact of the web on our social and work life by providing a platform for people to access information, work, buy, sell, communicate and have fun.

With the market relatively untapped, we decided to develop strategies and solutions that will provide cutting edge features and functionalities that the users crave for. These services will be customized and locally enhanced to meet the requirements of our users who we expect to cut across organizations and individuals between the ages of 15 and 60.

We will continue to offer a broad and deep array of communications, commerce and content services covering various areas and interests with a localized flavour that will ensure that users make NetServeAfrica their home on the Internet.

As part of its ongoing commitment to enhance people's ability to connect with anyone around the world, NetServeAfrica offers communications services that include Discussion Forum, Calendar, Chat Engine, Online Albums, Online Communities, Blogs and College Mates. To create an enabling market place online, we also offer Shopping, Auction and Classifieds services to our customers. Through partnerships with premier content providers, NetServeAfrica offers (or plans to offer) content and media programming in popular areas of interest, including News, Sports, Music, Movies, Weather, Fashion & Models and Travels.

Our Mission

The promoters of the company were motivated by the need for a central, feature-rich and functional portal in Nigeria and indeed Africa with the capacity to provide the necessary platforms for people to interact, communicate, get and share information and do business in a one-stop portal.
