Required Skills & Experience
§ Graduate in any
Engineering discipline / Management Science /Law
§ Candidate with
Legal background will be an added advantage
§ At least 8-years’
verifiable experience in the upstream Oil and Gas Industry/activities
§ Proven experience
in developing commercial propositions within Oil and Gas (upstream).
§ A good working
knowledge of MS Office e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
§ Proven experience
in customer facing environment
§ Ability to
demonstrate knowledge of commercial contract issues affecting a bid.
§ Ability to
perform commercial and financial analysis.
§ Logical thinker
with strong commercial innovative flair and negotiation skills
§ Good planner with
excellent analytical skills and high degree of numeracy
§ Excellent
influencing, negotiating and problem solving skills.
§ Highly
pro-active, result oriented with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
§ Team player with
strong leadership skills and ability to think outside the box.
§ Excellent
organisation and communication skills (written and oral).
